Q: How can I get a quote for parts needed?

A: For quickest service, write down your Vehicle Identification Number and either give us a call at 800-897-7278 or fill out a Parts Request Form.  Having your VIN ready will allow us to quickly confirm the make, model, year and version of your vehicle for part ordering.

 

Q: Does IPS ship orders internationally?

Q: How long will it take for my ordered parts to arrive?

Q: Can I return a part after purchase?

A: Custom orders are not able to be returned.  For items that we have in regular stock, they may be eligible as long as they reach the requirements of our Return Policy.  Please review our return policy first, and if the part is eligible for a return, please give us a call during our regular business hours to begin the return process.
